What a lovely stay! The location was stunning and our room had the best park view. Turn-down service was a sweet touch, and everything felt delightful and welcoming.
The elevators were like a slow dance—beautiful but painfully choreographed! Waiting for the bill took longer than picking an outfit for the evening.

The King Room with Park View was stunning, with beautiful furnishings. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the spacious layout. Bathroom had both a shower and a full bathtub, which was nice. In-room dining was spot on. Awesome park views from my table. Only downside was the air system had some dust hiding behind a board and the room felt a bit warm. But overall, the stay was really pleasant.

Location sits right across from a vibrant park that hosts a lively market on Saturdays. Spacious rooms boast large bathrooms with double sinks and separate shower stalls. A comfortable reading area offering city views.
View from my room overlooked plain rooftop plants, which was a letdown. The housekeeping staff was still tending to my room at 7:45 PM when I returned, which felt a bit off considering I would expect everything spick and span by then. Also, the elevators were limited, only three available, but at least they tended to home correctly, minimizing wait time.

Enjoyed a lovely stay where I savored delicious in-room dining while soaking in the beautiful park view from my cozy King Room—definitely the highlight! I also took advantage of the spa's relaxing treatments and indoor pool, which were just what I needed to unwind. The only downside was a minor mix-up with my room upgrade, but it didn’t take away from a wonderful experience. 🌟

We had an amazing group vacation with friends! The hotel was super accommodating, offering perks like complimentary in-room movies and baby amenities. We visited the beautiful city square and enjoyed the luxurious spa, which was top-notch. The stay was fantastic overall, even though the shower was a bit small.
The only downside was the small shower. it could definitely be bigger for comfort.

Recommend it for couples seeking a romantic getaway
I was blown away by the really good service, like the time they surprised us with a bottle of Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. The concierge was super helpful, giving us a list of amazing dining options nearby which brought us together even more.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but I’d call it acceptable for the experience we received.

Yo, the freshly brewed coffee at LaCroix was a game changer! I couldn't get enough of the elegant dishes that made brunch feel like a celebration. Plus, the staff are rockstars—super accommodating and welcoming, making my stay unforgettable.
Gotta keep it real—the room was a touch too warm and had some hair in the tub, which was a downer. And that air system? Dust galore hiding behind a board.

The king room with park view was beautifully designed, featuring a lovely table for dining that overlooked stunning vistas. The staff's warmth and attentiveness were notable, from the doormen to the concierge, their service was exceptional. Enjoyed a delightful breakfast at Lacroix, with crisp salads that perfectly complemented the elegant dishes. However, the in-room temperature was slightly warm, and there were minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom that detracted from the experience.
